Hola! I'm a retreat organiser, writer, coach and experienced trainer working in a stunning corner of Andalusia in south west Spain.

As a retreat leader, there's a considerable amount of work involved when it comes to managing a retreat and organising guests whilst also maintaining your own energy so that you perform at your best.
