As a travelling foodie, I travel the world in search of the best dining experiences from street food to Michelin and World's 50 Best Restaurants. I was in Dubai to attend The Best Chef Awards and had the opportunity to dine at Tresind Studio, which was 2 Michelin Stars and No. 13 in World's 50 Best at that time. As of 2025, they have become the world's first 3 Michelin Star Indian restaurant. Here's what it's like to dine at Tresind Studio.
Thanks for sharing, great video!
The dish presentation reminded me of Gaggan in Bangkok.
Can you explain what 3 Michelin Star means (for dummies like me)?
When did you try Gaggan? It's No. 1 in Asia's 50 Best Restaurants (by World's 50 Best) for 2025.
3 Star means "exceptional cuisine, worth a special journey" so planning to travel to the destination for the dining experience.
It was sometime in 2017 if I recall. It was a worthwhile experience with some incredible dishes that looked like objects (for example, a tree), but I think got some Pad Kra Pao afterwards as I was still hungry!
Definitely will be on my list for the next visit!
Hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
Very insightful Raymond! Thank you. I don’t think I would have survived the all the drinks though 🫢
Thanks for watching! If I wasn't solo dining, I would try to split a pairing normally lol
