It starts with her exceptional public relations experience that includes representing destinations, hotels and resorts, luxury cruises, spas, airlines, tour operators and travel products. A powerful asset to her clients, her expertise shapes the department’s best practices for effective strategies, sharp writing, partnerships, promotions and special events. She’s also brought home four Platinum Adrian Awards from the Hospitality Sales Marketing Association International. As senior vice president of NJF, she leads the agency’s day-to-day operations, staff development and new business initiatives.
After more than 25 years in the industry, with 19 spent at Spring O’Brien, Lauren’s client portfolio is as impressive as it is extensive. She’s worked with Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa, The New York Marriott Marquis, The Algonquin, Visit San Antonio, Visit South Walton, Fort Myers: Islands, Beaches and Neighborhoods Oceania Cruises, Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Tahiti Tourisme, Air Tahiti Nui, Eurail, Breezes Resorts & Spas, and the Harley-Davidson Museum, to name a few.
A Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude Bachelor of Arts graduate of Binghamton University, Lauren believes that traveling makes the world a smaller place. It invokes thought, encourages understanding and creates more acceptance. While visiting more than 55 countries has shaped her, her most priceless souvenirs are the close friendships she’s made along the way.
