The Mumbai Chapter for Travel Massive is back with another exciting event. People often think of travel as a privilege that only the few fortunate can afford. This meet up is all set to dispel that myth and encourage you to explore within your means.Travelling doesn't only mean trips to different countries but also travelling within your own country. We've got two incredibly dynamic travelers who have made India their treasure map and are on a quest to explore every inch of her and share their adventures with you.
Ambika and Hoshner, the folks behind the superbly popular website ReDiscovery Project are all set to share their tips and secrets on how they manage to travel within a budget and explore our own backyard. Nothing fancy about the way they get things done and they're full of hacks to show you how to make it happen without you having to break your bank and spend every penny you earn. They've featured their stories and photographs in many leading travel magazine, have a monthly column about travel in India for the Daily Pao website and also have their own podcast where they share their stories and make you fall in love with India.
Our event takes place at the super stylish AKA Bistro in Kalaghoda on Tuesday 23rd May 2017 at 7 pm.
Here's a brief introduction to the Rediscovery Project
Ambika and Hoshner, a young couple in their early 30s, born and brought up in urban India chucked up their jobs in 2015 to travel the length and breath of the country they call home. They intend to document their experiences through photos and stories on their blog at www.rediscoveryproject.com , and paint a picture of the India of today with all its beauty, madness and contradictions.
They have been on this journey for close to 2 years now and have currently traveled 15 states in India on Rs 2500/- per day.
