This is our first chapter meet up this year and we're thrilled to have one of India's top travel bloggers - Shivya Nath who runs an incredible travel blog called The Shooting Star. Shivya is a digital nomad in the truest sense and while she is currently in Mumbai, has graciously agreed to speak at this event and share her knowledge and experience.
Shivya Nath quit her corporate job in 2011, and gradually transitioned into a professional, nomadic travel blogger. Her blog, The Shooting Star, has consistently been ranked among India's and Asia's leading travel blogs, and she has successfully collaborated with tourism boards and travel companies around the world. She has been awarded India’s Best Young Social Media Professional at CMO Asia Awards and Best Indian Travel Blogger by Vogue; her journey has also been featured on BBC Travel and NDTV.
This meetup has Shivya sharing her thoughts ideas and tips of how to successfully partner with different travel based brands and work in a more systematic and professional manner. We have been lucky enough to partner with the wonderful folks at Desi Deli who are our venue partners and not only are they hosting us but they have very generously offered a free glass of beer to each registered member. There is plenty of great food & drink to enjoy. The event starts at 7pm and goes on till 10 pm where you can network with like minded travel enthusiasts and industry folks.
