My name is Anneke and I am a true travel enthusiast!

I have been lucky enough to grow up in multiple countries, and have lived in different countries during my career so far. I love meeting new people from different countries and learning from their stories.

I am currently based in Sydney and my family is based in New Zealand. I grew up in the South of Switzerland and spent a lot of time in Italy, and in Germany.

I am really interested by history, culture and local businesses in different countries. I feel that the combination is why every city, region and country is so unique.

I'm excited to be launching my travel blog in 2019, which will look at travel through the locals. The aim of my blog is to not only to give travel advice, but to shine a light on the local enterprises and people who live their. I'm a big believer that local businesses is what makes every country and region so unique, I want to share these stories.
