Curiosity and passion for new experiences fuel my wanderlust, which I inherited from my globe-trotting grandmother. And when she handed me a Kodak Brownie camera at age six, I was hooked on photography as well.
As a kid, my room was filled with travel posters. I dreamed of the far-away places I’d visit someday, so I’m thrilled that part of my “day job” is being a travel photographer. My photos have appeared in Smithsonian Magazine, Coastal Living, and dozens of others, in calendars, in Fodor’s and DK Travel guides and on websites such as travelandleisure.com and budgettravel.com
I am also a freelance writer. I enjoy writing about nearly anything that crosses my desk but I especially love discovering new places - whether in my backyard or across the ocean - and sharing those finds through my writing. I have written travel pieces for The Cape Cod Times and The Journal News, as well as many articles about places to take kids for Big Apple Parent, Westchester Parent, Westchester Family, and many other magazines and newspapers. I also write about travel and photography for International Living.

Wanderlust - I love travel writing and photography and want to connect with other travel enthusiasts
Venice and Iceland - I can't decide! Also anywhere with a beach
China is a big one on my bucket list. I also want to tour the British Isles - see the countryside from the Lake District to Wales, Ireland, and Scotland. Any tropical island or awesome beach.
My first overseas interview (via email alas) was to China for a series on how they make action figures. First travel article was for The Cape Cod Times about fun stuff with kids in New York.
Everything. I'm an information junkie.
