I started my professional career as a musical actor, got bored after 10 years of working in the industry and changed table sides to production management, studied International Tourism Management in Bremen at the side, and finally arrived in Mallorca for my internship at an incentive agency. After two additional years as Division Manager App & Intranet Integration in an internal communication agency in Hamburg, I combined all previous expertise and founded the incentive agency X-centives in Berlin. Although I get to enjoy the island a lot, I can be found working in Berlin, too.
