I have over 15 years experience as an educator, professional adventure guide, and high-level facilitator. As an entrepreneur I have successfully launched and led two companies, filling numerous roles at each. I have participated in 7 Adventure Travel World Summits, learning best practices and industry trends from business leaders from around the globe, and have attended numerous travel trade shows. I have conducted workshops and delivered presentations around the globe to industry professionals. Finally, I serve on three non-profit boards: The Washington Tourism Alliance, Crooked Trails, and Terra-Forma Education.

Drawing upon this diverse experience and passion for sustainable travel, in 2013, I launched Pandion Consulting & Facilitation. Pandion is a travel industry consultancy, and leadership facilitation company, based in Seattle, Washington. Clients span the globe and vary from individual travel companies and entrepreneurs, travel destinations, and associations. At the heart of this work is a passion for sustainable business, and the concept that we can have a profound impact on the world due to our actions. Some companies have legacies of negative impact over time, and still don't get it. Many are doing the opposite and proving you can be financially successful because you are environmentally and socially responsible.
