I find great excitement in opening the mysteries of the Thai culture from the people to the traditions and their food or even their way of life that many of us who are not Thai find both exotic, exciting, intoxicating and a wonder to discover. Everything I see is unique, beautiful to say the least, and much like the Thai food – spicy, aromatic, tasteful and literally a must try!
