Herzen spent almost 20 years as an active player in the IT transformation of his home country, Mexico, before moving to the US in 2002 to found Photo Xpeditions. The company allowed him to mix two of his greatest passions: travel and photography.

I have produced and operated immersive and experiential journeys, as well as photography and filmmaking workshops, for more than 13 years. I am an avid photographer and passionate traveler. I have worked closely with companies such as National Geographic and with award-winning photographers, archaeologists and explorers to find inspiration for events and journeys.
