I am a seasoned Commercial Executive with over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. My expertise spans sales, account management, revenue management, marketing, strategic planning, and business development. I am known for my empathetic leadership style and my ability to lead self-motivated, independent teams to achieve alignment and cohesiveness. My key strengths include motivating sales teams, building and maintaining professional relationships, and strategic planning.

An avid networker, I am actively involved in industry networks and associations. I recently completed my tenure as President of Skål International Cape Winelands and currently serve on the board of SAACI Western Cape as Vice Chair. I thrive in challenging and fast-paced environments and take pride in seeing both businesses and people flourish.

I am currently the Head of Commercial at Hotel Sky group, where I oversee the sales, reservations and revenue departments. I am also the custodian of the commercial strategy for both hotels and lead the dynamic sales team at Hotel Sky. I have been in this role since June 2023.
