I have worked in travel ever since I spent a year with my husband in Turkey on a Fulbright scholarship as an archaeologist and summers in Israel on digs. Those experiences really opened up my eyes and although working at The University of Chicago for my career, my various positions involved making travel arrangements to academic conferences or bringing in international guest speakers to the University. I also worked in conference and special event planning in our fine arts museum and those skills all came in very useful when I transitioned to full-time travel planning. I began my own company because of my own desire to travel and then expanded as referrals came in especially for planning trips to Turkey, Israel and Jordan. To share what I enjoy so much, I customize travel for my clients that explore authentic cultural, culinary, the arts, history, architecture and archaeology experiences worldwide.
Love to learn about destinations

I've spent most of my time in the Middle East so I am looking forward to exploring Europe, Australia/New Zealand and the South Pacific.
In my career at the University of Chicago I organized travel for visiting international guests and traveled myself to represent the University at academic events.
How my travel work can create a positive impact in the world through responsible tourism and social action through volunteer work.
To enlarge our world and boundaries, to see what we can learn from others and what we all have in common.
