Lesley Robb’s career spans over 18 years as a sustainability strategist and brand consultant. She specializes in holistic sustainability strategies, brand design and development and ethical communications for the travel and tourism sectors. Throughout her journey, she has worked at agencies and in-house with clients ranging from small businesses to global brands, including G Adventures, Discovery Adventures by Discovery Channel, WestJet, and Hyatt.
Discovering a niche in tourism inspired Lesley to found her agency, Swell Impact, which became a Certified B Corporation in 2024. Having worked with clients worldwide and in Atlantic Canada, she is proud to live and operate in Halifax.
