Originally from the Bay Area, but I've lived in Oregon long enough to see a lot of changes in my little Yamhill County town--most notably the way McMinnville has become a world-class wine and food destination. We host the International Pinot Noir Celebration every July, when pinot noir lovers from all over the globe come to drink up the wines and fantasize about living in wine country.
I'm the Regional Director for the Pacific Northwest Region of ASTA-- American Society of Travel Advisors. My favorite thing is to create trips for small groups and escort people to fabulous destinations around the world. It's a great way to bring people together. I also design trips for solo travelers, couples, and groups--including fundraisers for non-profits. The only bummer is living so FAR from the airport!
