I'm based in Cape Town, South Africa with an academic background in Environmental Science and Ecotourism. My husband, Andrew, and I have owned and run an adventure tourism business called Gravity Adventures for over 20 years. We focus on human powered adventures, mainly water based - sea kayaking, wilderness rafting expeditions and so on. We are also involved in guide training at an industry level, developing course content, safety standards, assessment tools etc with APA (African Paddling Association) and the IRF *International Rafting Federation). Our consultancy services include setting up and managing community based adventure operations in remote areas as well as conference rapporteur services.
