Hello, dear travel lovers,
I was born in Osaka, Japan.
1990 I stayed in Vancouver for a year, it was the beginning of my long journey in my life.
Since 1993 I worked at an incoming agency Primus Travel for 9 years, then in 2003, I started my own travel coordination mostly for the business travellers.
Since I like wine very much and also being together with people who love wine, I started wine tourism.
Now I collaborate with my colleagues in Milan and Madrid who also love wine and meeting new people.
"Slow Wine Travel" is a sustainable and ecological personal trip.
Especially in Italy, Germany, France, Spain and Portugal.
With a collaboration with two medieval castles on the beautiful Rhine Valley (Unesco World Heritage), I am organising a small wedding ceremony with a partner coordinator.
There are so many things to do and see in the world!
During a covid lockdown time, I am offering a vineyard walking with a box lunch and a glass of sparkling wine on top of a Franken Vineyard Terroir-F.
I am also taking a WSET diploma course at Wine School in Koblenz.
As in the company profile, I sometimes organize some experiences programs in Japan, for example
- Obi bag making (using a silk-belt for Kimono)
- Wasabi-Plantation experience (day trip or you can stay at onsen)
- food & drink Tour
- Hiking through @Nakasendo one of five oldest passage from Edo(Toyko)to Kyoto staying at
old-style wood houses (3 or 4 days package)
I am often on my own tours to develop the regions, wineries and people.
See you soon!
Masami
