Susan Chou is a travel and hospitality public relations and communications pro, social media ace, word ninja, and a bonafide internet sleuth based in West Palm Beach, Florida. She's a Community Manager and Brand Ambassador at Labor Finders International (www.laborfinders.com), an award-winning, blue collar staffing agency.

Previously she was a Public Relations Specialist at Cruise Planners, an American Express Travel Representative (www.cruiseplanners.com), the nation’s largest home-based travel advisor franchise network with more than 2,500 travel advisors in all 50 states. She spent seven years coordinating all media relations for The Travel Corporation (www.ttc.com), an international travel group of 42 family-owned brands that span across 70 countries.

Susan was born in Suriname and acquired English as her sixth language (out of eight languages). One of her life's goals is to see as much of the world as possible while on epicurious adventures. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Palm Beach Chapter of Public Relations Society of America (www.prsapalmbeach.org) as the Vice President of Communications. Susan holds a bachelor's degree from Florida Atlantic University.
