Since January 2014 I'm the managing director of the waxworks Panoptikum Gebr. Faerber GmbH & Co. KG, a tourist attraction in Hamburg, Germany.
I have a master's degree in management (M.Sc. Management) and a bachelor's degree in international management (B.A. International Management) with majors in marketing and finance. I studied in Germany, UK and China and earned further international experience in Canada and Uruguay.
Besides my job as a managing partner I am currently completing a PhD-degree. The focus of my PhD-thesis is on marketing and visitor satisfaction of tourist attractions.
As managing partner I'm mainly responsible for marketing and PR and the conceptualization, organization and conduction of events and visitor programs in the waxworks.
