Ye works at OC&C Strategy Consultants as a Partner in the global Technology, Media & Telecoms (TMT) practice with a focus on media & entertainment, consumer internet and technology businesses. He has substantial experience supporting clients with strategy development, proposition design, transaction support and value creation engagements across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.

Based in OC&C’s New York office, Ye works with leading corporates and ‘digital native’ clients across media & technology industries including digital publishing, online marketplaces, TV & OTT, sports and marketing technology & service providers. He also advises private equity investors and has worked on numerous buy-side due diligence and vendor due diligence processes.

Ye previously worked as Executive-in-Residence at Liberty Global, the leading European cable company, in their Office of Transformation.
