The October session of Travel Massive Slovenia will focus on one of the key components of success in tourism and hospitality industry – service quality.
The key questions to be discussed are:
• What do you think about the service quality of the tourism and hospitality sector in Slovenia? Do you think the service is generally improving or deteriorating? Why?
• Does the present-day work performance of travel/hospitality employees in Slovenia meet the rising demands of tourists/guests?
• Which areas of service are they good at ? Which areas should they improve?
• Are the employees able to understand & offer professional service to a tourist/guest who comes from a culturally diverse background e.g. Asia, the Middle-East? How interculturally sensitive are they? Are their foreign language skills (usually English) good enough or do you think they might need additional training ?
