We all have to deal with the vast changing market dynamics, as they are dominated by business models such as Google, Amazon, Facebook and Apple have established.
Also in tourism, small and medium-sized businesses have to cope with such players and their strategic moves, which are always up to date, rather than ignoring them. In the tourism industry there are these big fish in form of Airbnb, booking.com or even HRS, which dominate the market - actually not a new topic. But with artificial intelligence, blockchain and other technologies, the subject takes on a whole new dynamic once again.
