A few quick feedbacks/questions
1. Overall it feels a bit slow waiting for the results on each step. Is there a way to preempt this and have the next step prepared so it's faster?
2. Having a mandatory image to upload to publish/view the results was a bit annoying - could there be a default image instead?
3. It wasn't clear that the itinerary would be published in public. So this makes point 2 more important as it's not clear that the image will be put on a public feed.
4. How did you come up with the name NilgAI? Is there a meaning or origin of the name?
6. It does feel a bit limited in terms of activities on offer since they are sourced from an OTA. It might be nice to have some freestyle text tips of places/sights without the need to connect them to a purchasable item.
7. Perhaps recommend some blogs to read about the destination too!
Overall the concept and UX is nice and easy. It's a quick way to get a sense of what a trip might cost workout having to look at multiple sites... so well done on what you've done so far!
Firstly, a massive thanks to Ian for featuring us!
1. Great point-we’ve noted this. In version 1.0, we rely on third-party providers, which impacts speed and structure. We're optimizing this to make the experience smoother. That said, when benchmarked against "Expedia Packages", we believe we've done a fairly decent job in clocking the time to generate an actionable itinerary.
2&3. The core idea is to provide users & advisors with visual, trusted recommendations of their trip, publishing them to the feed. Currently, users & advisors can upload a single image, but in version 2.0, this will expand to full multimedia uploads. Future updates will also let users either pick images/videos using built-in tools (by partnering with businesses providing multimedia content) or upload their own from their trip. we aim to enhance the quality and variety of visuals available to users & advisors.
4. Nilgai is a majestic animal from the subcontinent, also known as the 'Blue Bull' due to its appearance. We want to be 'bullish' in this space, embracing its speed and agility as we push forward in redefining.
