Hey everyone, I'm thrilled to share my passion for sustainable tourism and innovation in travel with the community. As a travel entrepreneur and researcher, I've dedicated myself to exploring the potential of responsible travel and the impact of innovative practices in the industry.
Through my blog, I dive into the world of sustainable tourism, uncovering the latest trends, sharing industry insights, and discussing the implications of both technological and non-technological advancements. I believe that by promoting sustainable practices, we can create a positive impact on local communities and foster a deeper understanding of cultures.
I believe that travel has the power to create positive change, fostering cultural understanding, supporting local economies, and preserving our precious natural and cultural heritage. However, it's crucial to recognize and talk about the potential negative impacts of tourism.
By subscribing to the blog, you can expect an email from me every Sunday at 6 pm CET. Would love to hear feedback from the experts in the TM community on the relevance of the industry topics.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or want to discuss certain topics together! :)
Hey Rudi thanks for sharing your blog. How do you find substack as a publishing platform? It's really interesting to see the world of newsletters and blogs merge together!
I was also fascinated to learn about Cabin's Network City in your article at traveljournal.substack.com/p/cabins-network-city-the-intersection
Hey Ian, thanks for the chance to share it on TM!
I am a big Substack reader myself, following and learning from lots of independent publications. On the other hand, I love that the publications are delivered to my email inbox.
I find the platform very user-friendly and simple to use. They are also constantly upgrading the platform and adding new tools for writers. I was testing out Medium a while back but somehow didn't find it as useful for me and my writing.
Curious to hear your thoughts on Network cities/states. I think TM has some elements of a network state from a theoretical perspective - maybe the most in the professional travel sector.
