2002 I discovered my passion for tourism while I was a high-schooler who decided to study and work part time in the tourism industry. Afterwards, I studied tourism management & economy and in 2008 I started working as a bilingual tour guide (English & German). People and companies, who I started working with while I was studying, made it possible for me to grow with their companies and develop many innovative guided tour/day trip itineraries based on carefully planned, designed and conducted research of preferences of our selected market segments; I took part in designing promotional strategies and monitoring their efficiency; participated in tourism product development and it's creative and innovative diversification; actively took part in interactive presentation (B2C & B2B) of carefully designed cultural tourism offer and client relationship management (B2B). All these amazing opportunities and experiences inspired me to keep on studying and get my MSc in destination management and nowadays I am a PhD candidate in strategic destination marketing which made it possible for me to meet more amazing and inspiring people with whom I conduct tourism related research and participate in conferences, seminars, trainings and many constructive initiatives that make it possible for us to transfer knowledge, experiences and best practices. I am very sociable, love working in big teams and offering my sincere support. My motto is: "Be the change you wish to see in the world" (Mahatma Gandhi).
I admire and support all constructive initiatives
