Utilizing over two decades of executive marketing and business development expertise in corporate America, combined with extensive global travel experience I try to provide a unique perspective on tourism development.
Having lived abroad for several years consulting for various NGO’s in Greece, India, Cambodia, Thailand and Tanzania. Primarily focused on women’s health, education, advocacy and wildlife conservation she has developed and implemented sustainable outreach programs integrating responsible tourism and volunteerism with local community development.
Most recently as founding Director of All About Africa a boutique marketing consulting firm to Africa tour operators, lodges and the largest safari vehicle manufacturing company in Africa, I've established international networks and is actively promoting the development of corporate social responsibility policies into the tourism industry.
Having successfully climbed Kilimanjaro in 2016, I have a strong passion and commitment to the fair and ethical treatment of the hardworking mountain crew and currently serving on the Board of Directors of The Kilimanjaro Porters Assistance Project, The International Mountain Explorer’s Connection and Fair Voyage. She also serves as an auditor for Travelife for Tour Operators and project manager of Green Tour Africa – a EU funded initiative to engage all industry stakeholders to increase the social and environmental sustainability of the African tourism supply chain.
