About me

I'm Carla Danelutti, programme officer at the International Union for Conservation of Nature and part of the MEET Network Secretariat. I work for the development of ecotourism in parks with the main objective of shaping the Mediterranean into a leading ecotourism destination, highlighting the great nature and cultural value of the area!

With this idea in mind, we established the MEET Network, an association of Mediterranean protected areas working towards developing high-quality ecotourism experiences that benefit conservation and local communities, evidenced through a robust sustainability monitoring system.
