The world of food in Portugal is exploding. From traditional establishments to newfangled food producers, after arriving in this gorgeous country I found myself, an American expat in Lisbon, surrounded by an abundance of delicious yet new-to-me options.
As an an experimental home cook, curious soul, beginner-level European Portuguese speaker (and that's generous!), and avid reader, what I didn’t find was an English-language foodie-focused publication to help me (a resident, not a visitor) navigate my daily food life…so I started one!
Relish Portugal's inaugural issue was released 07 Jan 2020 and is slated to publish four times a year + 2 special editions. It's a labor of love!!
