Jan also runs a successful hospitality consulting company, Inland Management Group, and has worked with some of the top hospitality companies, including, The Walt Disney Company, Universal Studios Hollywood CityWalk, Mirage, Westin, and Sheraton Resorts, Caesars Palace Entertainment Company, Princess Cruises, Visit Temecula Valley, Pechanga Resort and Casino, and numerous wineries in the Southern California Wine Country.
Jan has been a Board of Director for Visit Temecula Valley for the past nine years, and has been instrumental in implementing several service-oriented initiatives including the Xenia Hospitality Awards and “I Know Temecula” educational series, and has written numerous articles and programs for this organization.
