Provide HR Services including Recruitment / Headhunting, Salary & Benefits Surveys, Appraisals and Assessment Centres, etc. Graduated in Physics from Southampton Uni sponsored by British Aerospace Space Div. Started in software engineering before transferring to HR. After ten years at BAE, joined Mobil North Sea & then IMRO (now the FSA) before moving into recruitment with MDH & MWA. Established and chair four HR Director & Manager Forums, held on a quarterly basis, including one for the Travel & Hospitality Sector.
