Recommendations to see and do in Patagonia (Puerto Montt, Punta Arenas, Ushuaia) on cruise stops?

I will be taking two cruises soon: One leaves for 4 days from/to Puerto Montt; The other from/to Punta Arenas with a 1 day stop in the middle at Ushuaia.
