Many travellers dream of opening their own hostel. I took the risk and did it! I lived in Peru, Bolivia and Argentina for 8 years, opening, owning and running Hostels. I came back home to Ireland to raise a family and start a new adventure. I am passionate about Irish culture in particular our language, music and our culinary heritage.
