Sustainability is a way of life, and I work, teach, research, consult specifically in 2 fields: Sustainable Tourism (Ecotourism, Medical tourism, Inclusive tourism) and Gender equality. My research interests are stakeholder impacts, structural and psychological empowerment, and digital transformation in the mentioned contexts. I am often referred as "an ecosystem builder" in both business and philanthropy worlds.
As a women entrepreneur, Vietnam Dental Tourism is my proudest project since 2016, an ecosystem connecting all the stakeholders to provide and promote medical tourism in destination Vietnam via quality control and destination branding (in dental tourism segment).
My greatest passion is sharing knowledge and sustainable practices, as looking back, I wish I had a business mentor and academic advisors way earlier - back in the days. Having someone to share with you the unknowns could really minimize the costly lessons in business, and professional journey (as a fresh grad). That's one of the reasons why I also devote in teaching, training, and researching. These intangible assets shall enhance its value much better this way!
Thanks to almost a decade of living and working across Asian, European, and African cultures, I have become an innovative learner, with high flexibility, intensive stress endurance, and excellent communication skills. A typical global citizen who never stop learning, adapting, and moving.
