Stefan is a seasoned hospitality professional with two decades of experience in creating exceptional guest experiences. With a Bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University, USA, and a Diploma/Masters degree from the International University Bad Honnef, Germany, Stefan has worked in luxury hotels across Europe, America, and Asia. Prior to co-founding SABA Hospitality, he led the Front of House operations at Sheraton Grand Macao Hotel, one of the world’s largest 5-star hotels with over 4000 rooms. Stefan is recognized for his strong communication and organizational skills, and a passion for enhancing guest services through people and technology.
