The global community of Filipino World Travelers (FWT) proudly announces that trailblazing Filipina digital nomad and travel blogger Kach Medina Umandap has reached a historic milestone by visiting all 193 UN-recognized countries + 2 observer states. This incredible achievement, verified by NomadMania, was accomplished on January 6, 2025, when Kach completed her journey in Sudan.
Using only her Philippine passport, Kach has set a record as the first and youngest Filipino to achieve this remarkable feat without the advantage of dual citizenship or permanent residency. Her accomplishment also establishes her as the youngest woman from a developing country with a low passport index to visit every country in the world.
Upon her return to the Philippines on January 13, 2025, Kach received a heroโs welcome at Mactan Cebu International Airport. Family, friends, members of the press, and government officials gathered to celebrate her groundbreaking journey. Kachโs story has inspired Filipinos and travelers worldwide, gaining recognition from both local and international media. Congratulations Kach on inspiring millions with your unwavering spirit and determination to make the world your home!

This is an incredible achievement on a Philippines passport. As an Australian (or American, UK, EU, etc) we don't realise how lucky we are to travel freely to so many countries.
Imagine all the paperwork, interviews, and bureaucracy involved in those 100 non visa-free countries to get a visa! Let alone travelling there! ๐ฒ
Well done Kach!
