Miremby is more than a tour company – it is a Community Impact Partner with Planeterra, working to uplift local communities through tourism. A portion of each tour’s profit goes to the Miremby Foundation, funding community projects based on local needs, including:
• Providing life jackets for fishermen in Sainte Luce (future goal).
• Covering school fees and housing for Clarcine, a student from Sainte Luce.
• Funding infrastructure, such as a new school roof in Antanitsara, Tsiraiky’s birthplace.

Wow that's a long story, I have actually just posted a blog on our substack all about this. I'll put the link for anyone who is interest. A tip I would say is that you have to be really passionate about it - as a CEO I am working on the business all the time, I don't have set hours, there is always something that needs doing or even that I am thinking of new ways to get Miremby out there. Be passionate and learn as you go!
