I’m best known as a travel editor, writer and blogger. I’ve been chronicling LGBTQ travel since before it was cool, and I’ve helped shape it as editor in chief of OUT & ABOUT, Out Traveler and ManAboutWorld gay travel magazines.
I am also a consultant offering LGBTQ marketing expertise and inclusive hospitality training to the travel, tourism and hospitality industries around the globe.
I also run the LGBTQ Travel Pavilion at the NY Times Travel Show. I’m co-author of the Handbook of LGBT Tourism & Hospitality Marketing: A Guide for Business Practice by Columbia University Press. You can reach me here or via my website EdSalvato.com
I love to travel and, when possible, try to visit "one cool place" a month.
Look forward to connecting.
