Thirty-five-year career was in Senior Management in the technology sector with his expertise being implementing the growth strategy and revenue execution for high growth stage innovative technology companies that resulted in successful exits; three (3) NASDAQ IPOs and two (2) profitable exits via acquisition. His responsibilities included expanding revenues globally, having established European and Asian partnerships that facilitated scaling revenues in these key regions. George managed teams of up to 40+ with revenues up to $80+m.
George also is the founder and a Managing Partner in a Steelhead Ventures, an early-Stage Venture Capital Fund that invested in 25+ start-ups of which close to dozen had successful exits.
George is active in the Non-Profit sector in Sonoma and works with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma Valley and Teen Services of Sonoma. Together they created and held Workshops focused on “Entrepreneurship and Career Possibilities in The Technology Sector”. The core theme was how to turn dreams into reality.
George’s previous efforts at JLPP was being a member of the Jack London Park Advisory Committee that led the efforts that created the first Jack London Park Digital Tour.
