I began my professional journey with a Bachelor's degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management and gaining hands-on experience in managing bespoke properties & travel management programs in Costa Rica. This foundation paved the way for my roles with high-performing luxury brands like Marriott & Ritz-Carlton. My career trajectory includes managing operations for Contiki North America one of the leading group travel brands in the industry. I successfully led sales operations and the merger of brands, followed by a transition to my current role where I manage a new business vertical and oversee affiliate program integrations, influencer partnerships and strategy development with a focus on the creator economy.
