I am honored to have won a number of business awards and entrepreneurial awards for my hospitality business Once Travel, empowered womxn to learn and grow through Khwela Womxn and launched Ubuntu Beds - a tech platform that has helped place thousands of healthcare workers in empty hotels in South Africa during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Since 2022, I’ve helped scale the Airbnb Entrepreneurship Academy in Africa.
I am passionate about tackling societies’ most complex problems, finding lean and creative ways to solve these using technology and activate momentum to build positive movements. I’m currently consulting and building a new business, focused around post-exit entrepreneurs and multiplying their impact on society.
Interesting premise. It reminds me a bit of the end of horse-drawn carts, when London commuters could never imagine that automobiles could replace the carts. I suppose there is a giant market share that has no access to tourism, or experiential travel -... show more
