Dennis Great Okeke is an enthusiast who is passionate about Tourism. The Lagos State Polytechnic graduate of Chemical Engineering, who hails from Ihiala Local Government of Anambra State, has eked out a niche for himself in the Tourism Industry.
The Tour enthusiast is the Chief Executive Officer of Big Time Africa – an agency which offers travels and tours services.
To Dennis, Tourism is the act and process of spending time away from home in pursuit of recreation, relaxation, and pleasure, while making use of the commercial provision of services.
Among other reasons, Dennis strongly believes that Tourism is a tool for economic growth and stability as well as job creation. He believes that Tourism serves as a medium of culture exchange and mingling. He is also of the view that Tourism is a fertile avenue to stimulate infrastructural development.
As parts of efforts to promote Tourism in Nigeria, Dennis has explored a handful of tour centres across the country; some of which are Life Conservation Centre, Olumo Rock, Badagry Slave Trade, Whispering Palm, Ogbunike Cave, etc.
Dennis has a clear cut goal to promote domestic Tourism not just in Nigeria, but Africa. He has a strong conviction to use Tourism to reposition Africa at International frontiers as a continent with rich reserve centres and change the narrative for good.
Dennis is a Travel Blogger. Also, he is actively into entertainment. He is a skilled comedian and Master of Ceremony. His core values are dependability, reliability, loyalty, commitment, open-mindedness, consistency, honesty and efficiency.
To Dennis, Tourism is life!
