Jones Pharr is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Mergers & Acquisitions at TI Holdco, the parent company of Transportation Insight (TI) and the Nolan Transportation Group (NTG). Previously, Jones occupied the position of Director and Senior Leader of BlackArch Partners’ Diversified Industrials M&A practice in Charlotte, NC. Over the course of his career, Jones Pharr has been a key figure on over $15 billion of mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.

Jones Pharr received an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BSBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Pharr is also the owner of Oakwood Ventures, a real estate investment company focused on investments in office, family, residential properties, and undeveloped land.

In his personal life, Jones Pharr is an avid hiker, backpacker, and traveler. He has visited four continents and a majority of the U.S. states. Other places he’s been to include South Africa, Hawaii, and Thailand. When not traveling, Jones calls Charlotte, North Carolina home and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
